XX is looking for an experienced full-time Senior Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of visual brand identities and design systems for a diverse range of clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will also work alongside our Creative Director and collaborate closely with strategists and project managers to deliver work that pushes boundaries for our clients.
📎 What you’ll do
- Shape impactful brands: Be comfortable and experienced in driving branding projects from brand idea through to client adoption.
- Partner closely with clients: Engage directly with ambitious clients to deeply understand their challenges, confidently present your thinking, and collaboratively refine your work through workshops and open dialogue.
- Mentor with care: Guide, collaborate and fully engage with everyone at the studio and adopt our culture of curiosity and craft.
- Manage projects thoughtfully: Be comfortable in balancing multiple projects, self-intiative to prioritise tasks strategically, and communicate proactively with project managers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Champion creative excellence: Continuously uphold and elevate our studio’s standards, inspiring the whole studio to explore new creative territories and push the boundaries of conventional design.
- Collaborate across disciplines: Work seamlessly alongside strategists, copywriters, developers, and external specialists to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay inspired: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging design trends and cultural shifts, actively sharing insights to inspire the team and bring energy to client work.
🤸 Who you are
- Experienced: You must have at least 5 years of building brands with a thorough portfolio showcasing visual identities, exceptional knowledge on typography, layouts and visual storytelling.
- Skilled and agile: Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and adaptable to new digital tools. Quick sketching, motion or idea visualisation skills (digital or analogue) are a plus.
- Strategically creative: You really thrive in exploring and discussing big ideas and capturing detail, always with an eye on the strategic and commercial intent behind your work.
