XX is looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to join the studio full-time. You'll lead visual brand identities and design systems for a range of ambitious consumer brands, working directly with our Creative Director and collaborating closely with strategists and project managers.
This is a role for someone who wants to own their work, shape the studio around them, and do some of the best work of their career.

📍
This year we're returning to a physical creative studio in London. We believe the best creative work comes from people in a room, building together. Until then, we have a shared workspace in West London where the team meets regularly. This role is hybrid from day one, and as we occupy a new space, the expectation will be four days a week in the studio. London-based is essential to this role and to the way we work.

📎 What you'll do
- Own projects end to end. Drive branding from brand idea through to client adoption, comfortable and experienced with the full journey and every decision within it.
- Work directly with clients. Present your thinking with clarity and confidence. Refine the work through workshops and open dialogue.
- Shape the studio. Bring your perspective to the work, share what you know, and actively build the culture of craft we're creating together.
- Run your projects with care. Balance multiple workstreams, prioritise with good instinct, and communicate proactively so nothing falls through.
- Hold the standard. Uphold and elevate the quality of the work and push the studio into new creative territory.
- Collaborate across disciplines. Work alongside strategists, copywriters and external specialists to ensure the brand holds together across every channel.
- Stay curious. Pay close attention to design, culture and the industries we work in, and bring that awareness into the room.
🤸 Who you are
- Experienced. A minimum of five years working in branding, with at least three of those years spent comfortably leading projects end to end independently. Experience working within CPG is essential and non-negotiable - please do not apply if this isn't reflected in your portfolio.
- Technically fluent. Across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Motion or idea visualisation skills are a welcome plus.
- Strategically minded. You think about the commercial and cultural logic of a decision - not just its aesthetic quality.
- A clear communicator. You articulate your thinking confidently to clients and colleagues alike.
